This registration is for the audition workshop ONLY. Registering for the workshop does NOT automatically register you for an audition slot. This workshop is to prep auditioners for their actual auditions on October 5th, but is not mandatory.
Auditions for our 2019 Christmas production of FROZEN JR are just right around the corner! It's going to be a chilly winter adventure, featuring ALL of the characters you know and LOVE, like Elsa, Anna, Olaf, Kristoff, Sven and many more!!! Ages 8-18!
Frozen JR. is based on the 2018 Broadway musical, and brings Elsa, Anna, and the magical land of Arendelle to life, onstage. The show features all of the memorable songs from the animated film, with music and lyrics by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, plus five new songs written for the Broadway production.
A story of true love and acceptance between sisters, Frozen JR. expands upon the emotional relationship and journey between Princesses Anna and Elsa. When faced with danger, the two discover their hidden potential and the powerful bond of sisterhood. With a cast of beloved characters and loaded with magic, adventure, and plenty of humor, Frozen JR. is sure to thaw even the coldest heart!
Audition Workshop: Saturday, September 28th, 2019 - 10am-12pm
Early Auditions, if needed, will be available directly after the workshop from 12pm-1pm. Please email [email protected] or [email protected] to confirm your appointment.
GENERAL ADMISSION: At the workshop, you will learn a cut of music from the show, 2-3 cold read sides, a 1-2 minute dance combination of a song from the show, and be able to talk to the creative team about their vision of the show and ask any questions you may have!
EMAIL ADMISSION: If you cannot attend the workshop, you may pay the $25 fee to receive the cut of music, the sides and a video of the dance combo!
Auditions: Saturday, October 5th, 2019 - 9am-2pm; registration will be available soon.
Performances: December 5th-14th, 2019 at Zao Theatre
